Pan Asia Metals expands Rosario copper project in Chile with additional exploration concessions

Pan Asia Metals has taken a significant step forward in its development strategy with the acquisition of additional exploration concessions adjacent to its high-grade Rosario copper project in the Atacama region of northern Chile. The company has filed applications for 26 new exploration concessions, which cover approximately 61 square kilometers, effectively increasing the total area of its holdings from 25 square kilometers to 86 square kilometers.

This expansion is strategically important, as it allows Pan Asia Metals to capture key geological trends across multiple directions and secure critical infrastructure corridors that will support future development needs. The new concessions enhance the project’s potential by providing more exploration opportunities and positioning the company for further discoveries in this mineral-rich region.

Chile’s Atacama Desert is known for its high-grade copper deposits, making it one of the most attractive mining areas in the world. Pan Asia Metals’ move to increase its land position in this region is seen as a proactive step to strengthen its asset base and accelerate its exploration activities in a region known for its rich copper resources.

With this expansion, Pan Asia Metals aims to build on the success of its Rosario project, which has already shown promise as a high-grade copper resource. The company’s strategy will focus on exploring the newly acquired concessions to unlock the full potential of the area while ensuring it has the infrastructure necessary for future growth.
